About the us

Thrive Health Therapies is an NDIS registered service provider of allied health services for participants aged 7+. Our aim is to provide a quality service for our participants, supporting them to achieve their goals and actively participate in their communities. We provide community based and in clinic services at our new clinic in Findon.

The Role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OT professional to take up a Team Leader position within our brand new clinic and gym space.

Your daily duties would include but not be limited to:

* Design and Lead a Clinic and Community-Based Paediatric OT Program with the full support of the existing management team.

* Develop and lead the paediatric branch of our OT services. Provide supervision and management to a small team of OT’s, whilst also maintaining a clinical caseload.

* Provide high quality processes and compliance.

* Provide therapy to Paediatric clients.

* Undertake sensory assessments and sensory interventions using evidence-based practice.

About you

Along with your strong work ethic and previous industry experience you’ll have:

* Minimum 2 years experience will be considered

* Recognised degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy

* Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia and AHPRA

* Eligibility to hold a Medicare Provider Number

* Current Working With Children Check

* Demonstrated ability to support children with a variety of clinical needs, including motor coordination, sensory and emotional regulation challenges

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

* A high level of efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail

* A positive, mature and helpful approach to your work
