• Specialised rehabilitation treadmill

• Various exercise bikes

• Rowing erg machine (wheelchair accessible)

We are excited to incorporate various technologies such as Blazepods and Virtual Reality to increase engagement and motivation for our clients.

Virtual Reality offers clients a fully immersive virtual rehabilitation experience- a fun, engaging and evidence-based accompaniment to traditional rehabilitation.

Our fees

Activity Based Therapy

$168.47 per hour session

A 1:1 program with a specialist physiotherapist using specialised rehabilitation equipment aimed at maximising your functional potential and reaching your goals.

Small Group Training

$168.47 per hour divided evenly between the number of participants

A small group (2-4 people) tailored towards specific goals such as strength or balance guided by a physiotherapist.

Gym

$35 per visit

Working in a gym environment on your individual exercise program under the supervision of a physiotherapist.
